K | Performance Coaching - (one year commitment)- Our performance coaching tracks the clients monthly achievements in their new or current position until their first/next performance review. Clients meet with our coaches monthly to discuss challenges and successes encountered on the job. Coaches also help you work through difficult situations, that may be have at the work site. You also work together with your coach to determines strategies that will allow you to contribute positively to the work environment. At each session, the coach and client document and highlight the achievements on the job. Prior to the your one year anniversary, the monthly documents are compiled and presented to the client, in a manner that will assist them in obtaining a highly rated performance evaluation and much more....
