Having recruited for Fortune 500 companies such as Deutsche Bank, Prudential Financial, AETNA Healthcare, Sodexho, etc. the Talent Professor is educated on the job search process, most importantly, what job seekers must do to set themselves apart in a highly competitive job market.
The Talent Professor aspires to ensure that their clients are ready for the employment and interview processes (group or individual); while ensuring they have their marketing arsenal (resume, cover letter, interview prep, corporate research, etc.), which best represents the skills and expertise their clients offer a potential employer.
The Talent Professor works with all types of job seekers (passive, active, college, professional, and executive) developing personalized strategies to assists job seekers in achieving their career goals and ambitions. The Talent Professor works with their clients in environments that best suit their needs.
The Talent Professor can:
- Create an action plan to achieve your goals. In each coaching session/call, you’ll identify 2-3 objectives for the following week, to ensure continual progress.
- Eliminate clutter and distractions. The Talent Professor utilize tools and assessments to help you achieve greater clarity and focus on what matters most to you. If you have trouble saying “No,” a coach can help you set boundaries and have more control over your life.
- Provide support and structured guidance. Whether you’re looking for a new job or striking out with a business of your own, the Talent Professor will help you strategize and execute on your plan.
- Will be your unyielding champion. The Talent Professor is always on your side, wanting what you want and encouraging you to get there. When you falter or question your ability to reach your goals, your coach will motivate you to keep going.
